The problem occurs when the Submitter selects “It's a duplicate” and writes a note, this selection and note are not displayed for the Editor when editing the work.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Try to add a duplicate item;
  2. In the duplicate detection form, select “It's a duplicate”;
  3. Make a note and click the button “It's a duplicate”;

  2. Log in as an Editor and start editing the added duplicate item;
  3. Go down to the duplicate detection form and notice that the Submitter's selection and note are not displayed.

Expected behavior
The Submitter's selection and note should be displayed for the Editor to better understand the reasons for duplicate items.
