Update account-lifecycle.md (#2567)
* Update account-lifecycle.md Kokonaan uusi osio: ## Don't need your CSC user account anymore or changing the organisation? If you no longer need your user account, store all the project data you need or that others need. Close the projects if they are not used anymore (if you are a member of the project, the Project manager can close the project in MyCSC portal if needed). If you are the Project manager, you can also find a new Project manager for your project. Most importantly make sure the project data is saved and other project members have access to the data. After the data is in good hands contact us and let us know of any changes.
