As a user, I want to be able to see a dashboard which shows me basic metrics about a selected AppSync API:

Errors
total requests
Latency
Cache hits vs miss
Bytes used for cache
etc?

I also want to be able to change the way graphs are shown:

range of dates
last n hours / n days, etc
data points group: per hour, per day, etc
