There are a lot of non-obvious cases with how RBAC registrations must apply. All these cases should be documented in some markdown file in the rbac-registrations crate in the catalyst-libs repository, so that can be used as a reference.

It can also be helpful to include diagrams (for example, using mermaid or d2) for complicated cases.
