releasenote: changes summary fixes

Correct some inaccuracies in the updates summary, specifically:
 * AVN: change the letter in microcode revision to lower index;
 * CML-U62: move down in order to preserve F-MO-S sorting order;
 * GKL: move from "new platforms" to "updated platforms", as it had
   revision 0x2e in the microcode-20190918 release, rename it to GLK
   (as it is the abbreviation for Gemini Lake[1]);
 * GKL-R: rename to GLK-R, as it is the abbreviation for Gemini Lake[1];
 * CLX-SP: move from "updated platforms" to "new platforms", as it
   wasn't available in the microcode-20190918 release;
 * ICL U/Y, SKL U/Y, SKL H/S/E3: Add a dash to the codename in order
   to be consistent with the rest of the changes summary;
 * SKX-SP, SKX-D: Correct new revision (0x2000065 instead of 0x65);
 * Mention the fact that the microcode file 06-9e-0c (CFL-H/S)
   has been removed.
