Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VS Code Version: 1.99.3
OS Version: 10.0.26100 Build 26100

Steps to Reproduce:

I open the VS Code
Right click on the files and select open folders option
Browse and click on the desired folder.
It does not pop up on the VS Code.
I try to drag and drop the desired folder into the VS Code.
It still does not open.
