What is the issue?

Some of my zones are exposing filesystems with taildrive.
If I try to do a restart, the taildrive process gets killed and recreated and the SMF contract doesn't exit cleanly.

I need to figure out how this is handled on e.g. Linux and figure out how to clean up this issue appropriately.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install tailscale
  2. Enable taildrive
  3. Restart tailscale

Are there any recent changes that introduced the issue?
