New data required at song select

For new requirements, we need the following added data:

In v2/beatmaps/1319651/solo-scores requests:

• Total number of users with ranked scores on beatmap (ie what is returned as position currently but without the score cutoff condition)

In {some kind of beatmap_id lookup, new or existing}:

• Total user playcount on beatmap (from osu_user_beatmap_playcount)
