normal osu-web move operation does update it correctly so I think it's done by an external tool which updates the db directly.

(if it's actually moved through osu-web then more details is needed on how it happened)

I just moved normally using the button

Edit: Hm, I can't seem to recreate this issue again right now... But this is the second time I was seeing this so I decided to report it here >.<
