[feature request] Anchors in Doc header sections

I don't know if this is something that's possible with the current Doc -> Html part, but the ability to have anchor links in headers in Doc would be nice QoL, because then you can link to certain sections in docs:

I wonder if this could be done by adding an id to the transformation of section: https://github.com/unisonweb/ui-core/blob/main/src/Code/Definition/Doc.elm#L595

Getting and id on the headings would definitely be a start. There's a bit of a routing challenge with the Elm SPA, but should be doable.
