Table order doesn't get saved

Describe the bug

After changing the order of the table it doesn't get saved and after saving is restored to the previous order. I use the Craft Table within Vizy in combination with a Matrix field. Vizy editor > Matrix > Table

Also checked with Craft craftcms/cms#16723 (comment)

Steps to reproduce

1. Change the order of the table
2. Save
3. Check new order

Looking into this, but I believe it's due to the name attribute not changing when rows are re-ordered, which would otherwise let Vizy know that something has changed.
