Reordering block fields doesn't save

Describe the bug

I have tried to re-order some fields, but it never saves them after a refresh or save action.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create block
2. Add fields
3. Save
4. Try to go back and re-order
5. Save
6. See them revert

Thanks for sending that video through - I can't seem to replicate this on my end, but still working on figuring out what's going on.

I might also suggest after moving a field, just clicking off onto the background pattern might help (or even clicking around the page a bit more), as we serialize the block data by listening to DOM events, which are throttled. It may very well be the case that the serialisation just hasn't caught up. Of course, I know that's not a real solution, just wanted to check and go from there.

In addition, what about re-ordering, then switching to another block type, then back again without saving anything? Vizy should save your draft changes as well.
