Truncating happens when it doesn't need to

Describe the bug

At the moment, when you collapse a Vizy block, the title is truncated even when it doesn't need to be, when this data could be useful for block identifying.

Bonus: It might also be nice to add a 'collapse all' or 'expand all' toggle to the toolbar instead of having to find a block within the body to perform this action.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add blocks
2. Collapse them
3. See the truncated text

Fixed for the next release. To get this early, run composer require verbb/vizy:"dev-craft-5 as 3.0.6".

Probably not a bad idea to include some buttons in the toolbar for Vizy blocks!
