repo naming

At some point we should decide about a repository naming policy. This would be hard. Because lots of repositories are used as submodules here and there. Here is a link about re-factoring, cloning, etc. It suggest to use repo's id instead of repo's name. https://github.com/codetriage/codetriage/issues/240
