Adds the defer attribute to all external JavaScript <script> tags.
This optimizes page load performance by allowing the browser to download scripts asynchronously without blocking HTML parsing, executing them in order once the DOM is ready.

Adds the `defer` attribute to all external script tags. This allows the browser to parse the HTML while downloading scripts in parallel and executes them only after the document is parsed, improving initial page rendering speed.
