Install This Repository

1. To install this repository, first you should clone the repository with git (git clone [email protected]:UW-MLGEO/MLGEO2024_liamkp.git)
2. Next, create a conda environment (conda env create -f environment.yml -n YOUR_ENV_NAME_HERE)
3. Finally, activate the conda environment (conda activate YOUR_ENV_NAME_HERE)

Run Notebook

To run the notebook included here:

1. Navigate to your local clone of this repository in Terminal
2. Activate the environment (see above)
3. Launch JupyterLab with "jupyter lab"
