First release

These past few months, I was looking at the traffic on that repository, the number of forks and starts, and the few watchers, it seems that people find interest in kissnet, at least as a concept.

This project was a thing that I built on the side to satisfy a really simple and specific need of my own, and I am glad to see that it may help other C++ developers.

This release has nothing special to note about beside tagging this library as a starting point for going forward.
