Introduction
I have initiated a significant rework of the IPGen Rust implementation in this PR. Assuming its eventual addition to the Rust crate, I have provided here a rewrite of the IPGen spec itself.
Changes
Most of the changes made are mere descriptions of the aforementioned rework. The biggest change was moving from generator that manipulates string to manipulating bits.
Other than that, I have changed some pronouns used (in the example) and removed a misplaced dash (
