Remove gerund from headings for Issue nginx#396.

Proposed changes

Write a clear and concise description that helps reviewers understand the purpose and impact of your changes. Use the
following format:

Problem: Remove the gerund form from Titles and Headings.

Solution: Replaced the ing form with an imperative verb.

Testing: Did a preview of the page after editing.

Please focus on (optional): Wanted to try a page with a PR and then plan to do subsequent edits.
